We stock and produce a wide selection of machine screws to cover most assembly scenarios, from tiny M1.4 precision screws for consumer electronics up to M12 heavy-duty specs for industrial machinery. All standard lines run on fully automatic cold heading lines, with uniform thread quality and consistent dimensional tolerance.

Head & Drive Styles

We carry all mainstream head types to match different assembly needs: pan head, flat countersunk head, cheese head, truss head, hex head and low-profile button head. Drive options include Phillips, slotted, hex socket, torx and combination drives. Regular Phillips pan head and flat countersunk head sizes are kept in large stock, and custom head profiles can be made to your drawings.

Size Range

Both metric and imperial sizing systems are available to serve global markets:

• Metric sizes: M1.4 through M12, standard lengths from 3mm to 100mm, most M2 to M6 sizes kept in stock
• Imperial sizes: 4-40, 6-32, 8-32, 10-24, 10-32, 1/4-20 and other common UNC/UNF specs, ideal for North American projects
  Custom thread lengths, step shanks and special shoulder designs can all be produced on request.

Material & Finish Options

We offer three core material lines, matched to your use environment and budget:

• 304 / 316 stainless steel: natural passivated finish, reliable corrosion resistance for indoor, outdoor and humid environments
• Carbon steel (C1022A / 10B21): cost-effective choice for indoor use, available with trivalent zinc plating, black oxide, dacromet and color painted finishes
• Brass: excellent electrical conductivity, commonly used for electrical terminals, instrumentation and decorative hardware

All raw materials are sourced from well-known domestic steel mills with full batch traceability, and original material test certificates can be provided for every order.

In-House Quality Control

We run strict inspection for every production batch. All finished parts pass through automatic optical sorting machines for 100% dimensional checking, covering thread diameter, head thickness, head diameter and total length. We also perform random sampling tests for torque strength, salt spray performance and thread fit with go/no-go gauges, to ensure consistent quality across the whole shipment.

These machine screws are widely applied in electronics assembly, server racks, telecom cabinets, sheet metal fabrication, electrical equipment, furniture hardware, automotive interiors and medical device housings. They work equally well for manual assembly stations and high-speed automatic production lines.
