We stock and produce all kinds of machine screws for regular assembly work. From tiny M1.4 screws for small electronics up to M12 heavy-duty ones for industrial machines, we cover most common needs. All standard parts run on fully automatic cold heading lines, so the thread is clean and uniform, and the size tolerance stays consistent every batch.

For custom stepped or shoulder screws that don’t fit standard molds, we use CNC turning to make them exactly to your drawing.

Head & Drive Styles

We carry all common head and drive types to match different assembly needs:

Head types: pan head, flat countersunk head, cheese head, truss head, hex head, low-profile button head

Drive options: Phillips, slotted, hex socket, torx, pozi drive, combination drives

Our best sellers — regular Phillips pan head and flat countersunk sizes — are kept in large stock all year round for fast delivery. Custom head shapes can be made as long as you provide drawings or physical samples.

Size Range

Both metric and imperial sizes are available for global markets:

Metric sizes: M1.4 to M12, standard lengths from 3mm to 100mm. Most M2 to M6 common sizes are stocked in 3-5 ton batches for immediate shipment.

Imperial sizes: 4-40, 6-32, 8-32, 10-24, 10-32, 1/4-20 and other regular UNC/UNF specs, mainly for North American and European clients.

Custom thread lengths, step shanks and special shoulder designs are all workable — just tell us your exact dimensions.

Material & Finish Options

We offer three main material lines, picked to fit your use environment and budget:

304 / 316 stainless steel: natural passivated finish, solid corrosion resistance for indoor, outdoor and humid working environments

Carbon steel (C1022A / 10B21): cost-effective pick for indoor use. Finishes include trivalent clear zinc, yellow zinc, black oxide, dacromet and color painted

Brass: good electrical conductivity, naturally corrosion-resistant, mostly used for electrical terminals, instrument parts and decorative hardware

All raw materials come from domestic well-known steel mills, each batch is fully traceable. Original material test certificates can be provided with every order.

In-House Quality Control

Every production batch goes through strict inspection before leaving the factory:

All finished parts pass automatic optical sorting machines for 100% size checking, covering thread diameter, head thickness, head diameter and total length

Random sampling tests for torque strength, salt spray performance and thread fit with go/no-go gauges

Extra tests like hardness check and coating thickness check are available for custom orders on request
