These self-tapping screw form matching internal threads directly during installation, no pre-tapped hole required for most thin metal, plastic and wood surfaces. We produce them with high-speed cold heading machines and full thread rolling process, so each piece comes with clean, full tooth profile and consistent driving torque, no slipping or thread stripping under normal operation.

Standard stock covers diameters from M1.2 micro screws up to M8 heavy duty models, with lengths ranging from 3mm to 120mm. For non-standard custom needs, we can make extra-long versions up to 200mm, and support special head shapes, step shank or shoulder designs based on your drawings or original samples.

• Stock items: over 200 standard sizes are kept in warehouse. MOQ starts at 1000pcs per size, mixed sizes in one carton is acceptable. Goods can be dispatched within 3 working days after payment.
• Custom orders: we accept 2D/3D drawings or original samples for development. Tooling takes 7-10 days, mass production takes 15-20 days normally. For new project trial runs, we accept small batch orders below regular MOQ.
• Quality control: every batch goes through dimension sampling, torque test and optional salt spray test before packing. Corresponding test reports can be provided upon request.
• Packing: standard neutral export cartons with inner poly bags. Custom labeled bags and branded outer packaging are available for bulk orders. Each carton gross weight is controlled under 25kg for safe handling.
