Our self tapping screws are produced via cold heading process with precision thread rolling, able to form matching threads directly in sheet metal, plastic, wood and aluminum profiles without pre-tapped holes. We operate 16 multi-station cold heading machines in our Dongguan workshop, with a monthly output of around 12 million pieces, capable of supporting both bulk stock orders and custom non-standard production runs.

Standard M2 to M6 pan head Phillips 304 stainless steel models are kept in over 3 million pieces of ready stock, can be packed and shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmation. All batches go through 100% thread go/no-go gauge inspection before packing, with sharp burr-free threads that drive cleanly without stripping, even in hard metal substrates.

SUS316 stainless steel (A4-80): Superior salt spray and chemical resistance, recommended for coastal, marine and chemical equipment applications.
Carbon steel (Grade 4.8 / 8.8): High tensile strength at economical cost, for general indoor metal and wood fastening.
Brass (H62): Non-magnetic, good electrical conductivity, natural corrosion resistance, used for electronic and decorative hardware.

Available surface finishes: Plain passivation, clear zinc, yellow zinc, black oxide, nickel plating, dacromet, PTFE coating, anodized coloring.
