What Are These?

These are Phillips drive flat head machine screws. The head is countersunk — wider at the top, tapering down to the shank. When you drive it all the way in, the top sits level with the surface. No bump sticking up.
The cross-shaped recess in the head is the Phillips drive. It’s the most common type out there. Just about everyone has a Phillips screwdriver, so installation is straightforward.
Machine screws have full, uniform threads along the shank. They’re designed to go into pre-tapped holes or match up with a nut. Not for driving directly into wood or sheet metal — those are different screw types.
People call them a few different names: countersunk machine screws, csk machine screws, flat head machine screws. All the same thing.

Materials We Offer

We stock several materials. Pick based on where the screw will be used.
Stainless Steel 304

Our best seller. Good rust resistance, works fine for most indoor and general outdoor applications. Food equipment, general machinery, outdoor fixtures — 304 handles all of that.
Stainless Steel 316

The upgrade for harsher environments. More nickel and molybdenum in the alloy means better corrosion resistance, especially against saltwater and chemicals. If it’s going near the coast or in a chemical plant, go with 316.
Brass

For electrical work mostly. Conducts electricity well and doesn’t rust. Also used for decorative parts where the gold color matters. Plumbing fixtures, electrical connectors, ornamental hardware — brass shows up there.
Carbon Steel

The cheapest and strongest option. We do 4.8, 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9 grade. Higher number means stronger. Plain steel rusts easily, so we always apply a surface finish. Most common is zinc plating — clear zinc, color zinc, or black zinc. Black oxide is another option for a matte black look. Nickel plating for a shiny, decorative finish.

Sizes Available

Pretty wide size range. If you don’t see your size listed below, just ask — we probably have it or can make it.

Metric diameters: M1.4, M2, M2.5, M3, M3.5, M4, M5, M5.5, M6, M8, M10. Lengths from 3mm up to 100mm as standard. Longer or shorter available on request.

Inch diameters: #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #8, #10, #12, 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″. Lengths from 1/8″ to 4″. Thread pitch is standard UNC — 6-32, 8-32, 10-24, 10-32, 1/4-20, that sort of thing. Fine thread available too if you need it.

Head styles & Drives: Beyond flat head: pan head, button head, cheese head, oval head, truss head, hex head, round head, wafer head. Different drives as well — slotted, combo (phillips + slotted), torx, hex socket, and various security drives for tamper-proof applications.

Standard Specs: DIN 965, ISO 7046, ANSI B18.6.3, JIS B 1111. Interchangeable with other brands.

Typical Uses

These screws show up everywhere. Here’s where you’ll commonly find them.
Electronics & Electrical PCB mounting, enclosure assembly, control panels, power supplies, connector housings. The flush head doesn’t interfere with components.
Industrial Machinery Equipment assembly, machine guards, access panels, conveyor parts. Different strength grades for different load requirements.
Automotive Interior trim, dashboard parts, engine bay accessories, body fasteners. Black oxide for hidden areas, stainless for visible parts.
Furniture & Cabinetry Cabinet hardware, drawer slides, hinges, general assembly. Flat head gives that finished, professional look people want.
Construction Window frames, door hardware, cladding, fixtures, handrails. Stainless steel common here for outdoor durability.
Specialty Applications Washing machine screws, painted screws, knurled head screws, tiny miniature screws for watches and small electronics.

Other Related Items

If you need more than just the screw, we can put together a complete package. Matching nuts, flat washers, lock washers — all available. Sems screws with washers pre-assembled. Captive screws that stay attached to the panel so they don’t get lost. Vibration-resistant styles for equipment that runs with a lot of shaking. Self-sealing screws with O-rings for watertight joints.
Custom work is fine too. Special lengths, odd head shapes, unusual materials, custom finishes — just send over the drawing or specs and we’ll quote it.

About Our Factory

Yuhuang fastener factory in China, been making screws and bolts for over a decade. Mainly machine screws, self-tapping screws, and related hardware.
Our production floor has cold heading machines, thread rollers, and various surface treatment lines. We handle both standard stock items and custom OEM orders. In-house tooling means we can turn around custom designs fairly quickly.
Customers are mainly in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Industries we supply include electronics, automotive, machinery, construction, and furniture. ISO 9001 certified, and all standard parts are RoHS and REACH compliant.
We work with all order sizes — from a few hundred pieces for prototypes up to full container loads for production. No minimum is too small for standard stock items. Custom orders have a minimum that depends on the part, but we try to be flexible.
