What is your typical lead time for custom CNC machining parts?

For prototypes, our standard lead time is 3 to 7 business days. For mass production runs, lead times typically range from 15 to 25 days, depending on the complexity, volume, and required surface treatments of the parts.

How do self-sealing bolts work, and what sealing materials do you offer?

Our self-sealing bolts feature a precision-engineered groove under the head containing a captive O-ring. When tightened, the O-ring compresses to form a bidirectional seal that prevents leakages of gases and fluids. We offer sealing rings in Viton, Silicone, EPDM, and Buna-N to suit various temperature and chemical resistance requirements.

Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We support projects at all scales. For custom CNC machining and prototyping, we do not require a strict MOQ (orders starting from 1 piece are accepted). For OEM metal stamping, higher volume runs are recommended to offset tooling costs, but we work with clients to find the most cost-effective solutions.

Can you provide full material traceability and inspection reports?

Yes, we provide full material test reports (MTR), certificate of compliance (CoC), and dimensional inspection reports with every delivery. Upon request, we can also provide PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation for automotive applications.
